In 2018, Brian spent a long night in an allocation line, with no chair, and walked out with a Pappy 15 and a few new friends. That turned out to be the pattern. Then came the Bourbon Trail in 2019, tastings, barrel picks, bottle trades, and strangers from online whiskey groups who became regulars at his table. Whiskey keeps adding people to his life.
